Kudos Residential Consultants London was formed in October 2021 to concentrate on providing a consultancy advisory service to new or existing investors, with or seeking properties in London.
Having had 20 years’ experience in the Sales and Lettings market, client relations and customer service. It seemed appropriate to concentrate in providing a consultancy service in this sector.
The original company KuDos Properties London was formed in May 2015 and has since be made dormant with the Kudos Residential Consultants London taking a new direction.
The director’s previous experience was gained in the capacity as an Account Manager in Asset Finance, Contract Hire, Leasing and Motor Finance a good back round for client relations.
So we saw an opening in the Sales and Lettings market and the conclusion was that a Specialist Account Management Service would be appropriate in providing our clients a representative to oversee all aspects of their investment and portfolio.
