lettings procedure
After the clients consultation including the service required, they now wish to proceed in us finding a suitable tenant for their property. We would then forward by email the Terms and Conditions agreement for their perusal and acknowledgment, with a signature and the return.
The client would then be assigned the Account Manager who would be responsible in starting the Lettings process as seen in the following steps 2 to 8
Account Managers following assignments
• Rushmore and Rathbone (R&R) Property Management and Lettings Administration
• Kudos Media
Kudos Media Marketing procedure with the assistance of the Account Manager
• Market Appraisal/ Uploading property details
• Online Marketing of the property on the main web portals including Zoopla and On The Market
• Monitoring of the interested applicants directly from the web portals
Applicants monitoring (subject to contract*)
• Monitor applicant enquires who register on the assigned web portal
• Arrange and conduct viewings
• Qualification of applicant
• Negotiate an Offer of tenancy*
• Prepare and upload agreed offer to Rushbrook and Rathbone (R&R) web portal
Legal and Administration (subject to conditions)
• Tenancy References and Right to Rent
