An administration charge is payable to cover the cost of preparing new documentation, arranging and supervising the signing and execution of the new agreement.
Additional and Vacant Property Visits : FM 0.00 +VAT (included once per year, subject to tenants permission) FM additional visits £70.00+ VAT
Property Inspection Fee: FM £70.00 + VAT (additional visits/included once per year) RC and LO £70.00 + VAT
Property inspection, and a report of the property condition during a tenancy at the Clients/Landlord's request and subject to the tenant providing access

Inventory Check In/Out Documentation Fee: FM RC LO £0.00 + VAT cost on application
Inventory/Check in and check out on behalf of the Landlord by an independent inventory clerk. The cost depends on the size and style of the Premises. Estimates will be given upon request. The cost of the preparation of the Inventory/ Check in and out is borne by the Client/Landlord.
